In the competitive landscape of the edible oil industry, Lohiya Group Edible Oils — which is India’s 2nd largest sunflower oil company by market share & volume — has emerged as a beacon of quality, innovation, and consumer trust. Over the past 39 years, the company has cemented its leadership position with a rich legacy and a diverse portfolio of health-focused oils.

GoldDrop, which is the flagship brand of Lohiya Group, is a household name in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It was one of the earliest brands in the category to gain endorsement from noted South Indian cinema personalities.
Lohiya Group Edible Oils is known for its cutting-edge production processes, stringent quality controls, and commitment to delivering health-conscious products nationwide.
Lohiya Edible Oils manufacturing infrastructure stands as a hallmark of innovation, hygiene, and quality excellence. With a vision to deliver purity and consistency in every drop, our facilities have been meticulously designed with advanced technologies and fully automated systems, ensuring the highest standards of production from start to finish.
At the heart of our operations lies a fully automated and human contact-free manufacturing process, which upholds the strictest hygiene and safety protocols. From the transport and handling of raw materials to the final stages of branding and packaging, every step is managed within a completely closed-loop system, eliminating any external contamination and preserving the integrity of the oil.
Our state-of-the-art production units are FSSAI-certified and backed by robust quality control systems. Every batch of oil undergoes rigorous testing in our in-house laboratories, where we leverage cutting-edge nanotechnology to monitor and maintain uniform quality. This ensures that every bottle of Gold Drop oil not only meets but exceeds the expectations in terms of taste, purity, and nutritional value.

We are proud to employ Desmet Ballestra (Belgium) refining technology, known globally for its high-efficiency refining capabilities. This technology enables us to retain the natural nutrients of the oil, ensuring it remains light, healthy, and beneficial at every stage. Furthermore, our advanced refining processes focus on nutrient preservation while ensuring superior clarity, aroma, and taste.
Adding to our self-reliant infrastructure, our units house in-house manufacturing lines for tins, PET bottles, and other packaging materials, significantly reducing external dependency and ensuring consistency in packaging quality. This integrated setup enhances efficiency, reduces turnaround times, and ensures complete quality control from production to packaging.
We also place strong emphasis on sustainability and responsible manufacturing. Our plants are equipped with energy-efficient systems and advanced waste management protocols, minimizing environmental impact while maximizing operational efficiency.
In essence, Gold Drop’s manufacturing facilities are more than just production units – they are centers of excellence, innovation, and integrity, driven by a mission to bring the best-quality edible oils to every household, while upholding the values of safety, purity, and sustainability.
